In india it is not possible because the govt wont fund to highly skilled people also
even there are many mech and civil ,electriacal engineers but they also shifting to software field why becoz software is available at ur desktop and no need of spending so mu ch amount of money and there are no physical parts in it.that would damage whereas in manufactring filed it its there we cant go trail and error method in manufacturing but we can go in software thats the reason GERMANY is the first nation to fund many highly skilled people so they are no.1 .

Wat i feel is..in india sports is not given the required scope.There are no scopes for the players..politice plays its role here too..as becoz good players are not allowed to play in national or international level..but that is not the case with s/w development..Indian companies have strived it hard to make india known for its s/w development.Also both govt and private companies and institutions are involoved in s/w development so..it has a wider scope..

Today’s world is IT world and many new invention and innovation. the technology is advancing in a very broad way. our india is having 1.5 IT professional and in microsoft the percent of indian worker is 37%. So how we are lacking in IT.
we can make our own microsoft , we have the people, technology.
U.s is ahead of us because they are using us, our people working there, the number of engineers we r having in india is the half of the population of U.S.

We can deal with every situation. we just need a well planned goverment ideas and innovation. our govt. is not taking initiatives for uplifting our IT industry that is the 3rd hghst in contributing to the GDP of economy,.
IT can beat the service and agriculture sector by the people and enginners india have.
